Martha Stewart’s birthday is today, August 3rd, born 70 years ago in Jersey City, New Jersey. She’s looking pretty good to be entering her 70′s, don’t you think? How does the queen of all things good plan on spending her milestone birthday? Will she be throwing a huge shindig for herself? Nope. A trip around the world, perhaps? Nope, not that either. Instead, she plans to celebrate with her friends and heading outdoors. Specifically she’ll be hiking and sailing. Her Seal Harbor, Maine home no doubt will be busy, but her boat, Skylands II, will be the place to be to partake in food in drink, as she and her friends check out the isles off the Maine coast. A person in the know told the New York Post’s Page Six, “She loves to hike. There will be good food, and they’ll do all the things Martha loves to do in Maine.” As far as hiking, you may see her on the Great Head Trail located in Acadia National Park.
